STABILIZATION
When you start to see cracks or maybe a slight bow in your wall, do not hesitate to call AquaGuard. Typically a wall can be stabilized well before it reaches the dangerous level of requiring a full rebuild. Do not wait until it is too late to save your existing foundation wall. There are different options to secure your foundation with warranties up to 50 years!
CARBON FIBER STRAPS
Whether your wall requires vertical or horizontal stabilization, AquaGuard has you covered! Our installers will prepare the surface and install the required number of straps to lock that wall into place. Carbon Fiber straps are close to the wall and once cured, paintable to make them virtually disappear.
I-BEAMS
Depending on the bow of the wall and ability to fasten, I-Beams are another option available to stabilize a failing foundation wall. The 4-1/4” steel beams are cemented into place at the base and the appropriate bracket is used to stabilize the beam at the joists or slab above. Once installed, the beams and brackets require zero maintenance.
